There are so many cool features that you can use to improve your work in the Microsoft Word app.

CANVAS & ASPIRE



Canvas & Aspire
Canvas is the software you will use in many of your classes to complete and turn in assignments.
Aspire is the state hosted software app that allows you to view all your current grades and report cards.


Thing to know;
- Do you remember how to use your tabs on the web browser to go between instructions and work? (Ask the teacher if you need a reminder)


Assignment 3A - Canvas
Part A - Using your email and password, sign in to your own user account on a school PC.
< If your login does not seem to be working, ask your teacher for help.>
Part B - Open the Edge browser.
- From your favorites list, select
student.scholarcharter.org
- On the student page, select the CANVAS icon
- Sign in using your school email & password < if you are on a school computer, edge may automatically log you in >
Part C - On the left sidebar, browse through the dashboard, courses, and help links to become familiar with them.
  • Once you have looked around a bit, raise your hand and show the teacher your screen so she knows you have successfully logged in.

Assignment 3B - Aspire
Part A - Open the Edge browser.
- From your favorites list, select
student.scholarcharter.org
- On the student page, select the ASPIRE icon
- Sign in using with the following; USERNAME = <your lunch number> , PASSWORD = <same as used for email>
- Take look at your grades. Do you have any missing assignments? Do you see any classes that could use a little extra effort?
  • Once you have looked around a bit, raise your hand and show the teacher your screen so she knows you have successfully logged in.
